Answer

When our employee-owners are not available, you can still manage your money through online banking and mobile banking services or by calling the 24-Hour Bankline: 800-749-9606.

Q. My RiverWood Bank Credit Card is Lost or Stolen, what should I do?

Answer

Report any lost or stolen credit card immediately to ensure that you continue to be protected against fraud. Please contact us to report your card as stolen or lost as soon as you notice it missing: 866-234-4691.

Q. My RiverWood Bank Debit/ATM Card is Lost or Stolen, what should I do?

Answer

We understand that your Debit/ATM card may be your most frequently used card and we want to fix this issue as soon as possible. As soon as you notice your card missing, please contact us at: 888-751-5120.

Q. I received a suspicious email from RiverWood Bank, what should I do?

RiverWood Bank will never send you an email asking you to confirm your account number and/or password. If you receive an email asking to confirm this information, do not reply. If you replied to the email and provided personal information, contact us immediately by calling 888-751-5120 or emailing contact@riverwoodbank.com

Q. What is RiverWood Bank’s routing / ABA number?

RiverWood Bank’s routing number is 291271240. The routing number is also called an ABA number or routing transit number. You can find it in the lower left-hand corner of your checks. Financial institutions use routing numbers in order to send and receive money from other banks or credit unions. For security purposes we will not include any account numbers via email.
