Great River Holding Company is the parent company of RiverWood Bank and its locations. It is governed by the Board of Directors responsible for setting the strategic direction of the bank and ensuring that senior management, employees, and the board itself comply with established policies and federal and state laws and regulations. The RiverWood Board of Directors is comprised of business and community leaders from throughout the communities RiverWood Bank serves.
